I’m Adriana—an Online Business Manager who believes businesses run best when founders aren’t carrying everything alone.
Before stepping into the online business world, I was a teacher, which shaped how I approach my work to this day: with patience, clarity, and a deep appreciation for good systems and clear communication. When I transitioned online, I started as a Virtual Assistant, where I learned the inner workings of online businesses from the ground up—supporting clients day to day, handling the details, and seeing firsthand where things break when processes live only in someone’s head.
Over the past six+ years, I’ve worked inside online businesses in both VA and OBM roles, eventually moving into operations and team management. Today, I partner closely with business owners to manage operations, support teams, and turn undocumented processes into clear, sustainable systems that allow businesses to grow without everything depending on the founder.
